LifeSafety.ai RebraLifeSafety.ai nds as SiteChief to Reflect Its Growth Into a Complete Site Safety and Compliance Platform

The Milton Keynes software company, which supports more than 500 UK businesses, has a new name, a new domain and the same team, platform and customer commitments.

MILTON KEYNES, United Kingdom– LifeSafety.ai, the UK health and safety software company, has officially rebranded as SiteChief. The change brings a new name, logo and web address at sitechief.com. It follows several years in which the platform grew from a workplace safety tool into a broader system that site managers, safety leads and operations teams use to run compliance day to day.

The company launched in 2025 with a simple observation: too many UK businesses were trying to manage health and safety with spreadsheets, paper forms and systems that did not talk to each other. That made compliance hard to keep up with, and it made it harder to keep people safe. The original product focused on safety records and risk assessments. Over time, customers asked for more, and the platform now covers inductions, permits to work, plant and equipment, training records, contractor management, and reporting across 79 integrated modules.

As the product expanded, the LifeSafety.ai name no longer described what customers were using it for. In its announcement, the company said, “SiteChief is a better fit for what our customers actually use us for, and a clearer name to say out loud.”

A name built around the people who run the site

The new name puts the focus on the people responsible for keeping a site running safely, whether that site is a construction project, a factory floor, a hospital ward or a warehouse. SiteChief now serves businesses in more than 12 sectors, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, facilities management, retail, hospitality, transport and logistics, oil and gas, utilities, food and beverage, and warehousing.

What the platform does

SiteChief brings the main parts of health and safety management into one place. Teams can build risk assessments with AI-suggested hazards, log incidents and complete RIDDOR forms automatically, and run permit-to-work processes digitally. The platform also supports AI-assisted safety audits, COSHH tracking, training and competency records, digital site diaries and real-time safety dashboards. For sites that need it, camera-based AI PPE detection helps teams spot missing protective equipment as it happens.

The company reports more than 50,000 safety records managed on the platform, 99.9% uptime, and round-the-clock support. Its approach is summed up in the tagline “Plan. Prepare. Prevent.”

What changes for customers, and what stays the same

For existing customers, the rebrand is designed to be as simple as possible. The website has moved to sitechief.com, company email addresses now use the @sitechief.com domain, and the logo and product name have been updated.

Everything else carries on as before:

  • Login details and the sign-in process have not changed.
  • Subscription pricing and contract terms remain the same.
  • All account data, users, and platform records have been preserved.
  • ISO 27001 certification, UK data residency and GDPR protections continue to apply.
  • Customers will deal with the same team, based at the same office in Milton Keynes.

Visitors to the old lifesafety.ai address are automatically redirected to the new site, so bookmarks and saved links will keep working.

Looking ahead

The company’s mission stays the same: to give every UK business the tools it needs to create safer workplaces, stay compliant and protect its people. With a name that matches the full scope of the product, SiteChief plans to keep building on the modules customers rely on most and to bring AI-driven risk detection into more of the everyday work that happens on site.
